Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $5,000 Sign on Bonus

We are seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our hard working team in our health center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and a heart for providing patient centered care. New Graduates and Experienced LPNs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and their families on health concerns and disease process
Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

CPR Certified
Licensed as an LPN in the state of Missouri
Experience in using electronic health record systems like Point Click Care preferred
Experience working with in long-term care preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week. Set 2-week schedule working 7 out of 14 calendar days and every other weekend off.

Day shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm
Night shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
