Join our team as a Housekeeper at Saxony Village, a welcoming retirement community, and help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment that reflects our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. In this role, you’ll maintain cleanliness in residents’ homes and common areas, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and contribute to a positive, supportive community for both residents and team members.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Provide scheduled housekeeping in residents’ homes, including apartments, duplexes, and cottages
Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting spaces
Perform routine tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and trash removal
Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
Maintain organization of carts, closets, and supply areas
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
Follow cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
Interact respectfully with residents, families, guests, and team members
Respect residents’ privacy and preferences
Assist with seasonal deep cleaning, special events, or additional assignments

Previous housekeeping experience preferred
