In this full-time role, you’ll plan and lead activities that bring joy, purpose, and connection to our residents—no prior experience is required, just a caring heart and positive attitude. This role involves working with residents in areas such as Memory Care, Hospice, Rehab-to-Home, and Long-Term Care, so comfort working in a healthcare setting is important. You’ll work mostly day shifts with occasional evenings and rotating weekends, all within a community guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and lead engaging activities based on residents’ interests
  • Maintain activity calendars, supplies, and resources
  • Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Support residents’ participation, comfort, and care needs
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow safety practices, dietary guidelines, and facility policies

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Eldercare or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and assessments
