Join The Lutheran Home as a full-time Certified Med Tech (CMT) and play an important role in supporting our residents through safe medication administration and compassionate daily care. As part of our healthcare community, you’ll work alongside a dedicated nursing team focused on delivering high-quality, person centered support. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
Assist residents with ADL care as needed
Answer call lights and take appropriate action
Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
Participate in ongoing staff education and training

In this full-time role, you’ll follow a consistent two-week schedule, working 7 out of 14 days with a three-day weekend every other week.
Available shifts include:

Day Shift: 6:45 am to 7:15 pm
Night Shift: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
