The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents within our healthcare community. In this role, you will contribute directly to the comfort and well-being of those we serve, whether you are beginning your career or bringing prior experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain a clean and comfortable living space while reflecting our core values or service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Maintain cleanliness in residents’ rooms
Clean bathrooms daily and restock toiletries
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum as needed
Clean common areas of the facility, including hallways, living rooms, and dining rooms
Clean the shower room
Pack and move personal items for room changes
Clean and change out beds as needed
Inspect areas for needed repairs or maintenance and report findings according to policy
Follow proper procedures for the use of chemicals in the workplace and ensure they are secured when not in use
