The Lutheran Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare community. Guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, this role provides skilled, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, State Board of Nursing regulations, and Lutheran Home policies
Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, and support team development
Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs

Shifts Available:

Morning shifts (4 hours)
Evening shifts (4 hours)
Weekend day shifts (4 hours or longer)

License/Certification:

Current unrestricted LPN license in the State of Missouri
CPR certification
Experience with Point Click Care preferred
