Saxony Housekeeper Supervisor

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks based on needs and resources.
- Inspect apartments, duplexes, and common areas routinely to evaluate cleanliness and job performance.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper use and storage of supplies and equipment.
- Approve timecards, fill staffing gaps, and assist with cleaning as needed.
- Address performance issues, service complaints, and coordinate with other departments.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with our core values.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and report maintenance concerns.
- Support staff development through training and mentoring.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support community operations.

- Experience in housekeeping or environmental services (senior living, hospitality, or similar settings preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and timekeeping.
- Comfortable in a pet-friendly environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
