Resident Support Coordinator
The Lutheran Home is seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to join our welcoming healthcare community. This key role, available for full-time or part-time, is ideal for a hospitality-minded individual who shares our core values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents through appointment coordination, transportation, donation efforts, welcome bag preparation, and helping with activities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Warmly assist residents, visitors, and families
- Schedule and coordinate resident appointments
- Accompany residents to appointments and activities
- Assist with transportation, including hospital pickups
- Organize and distribute donations
- Prepare and deliver welcome bags
- Support resident activities and events
- Address resident needs and concerns promptly
- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment
- Collaborate with staff to foster and support a positive community culture
This position is available full-time or part-time, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours. Full-time team members are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including:

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable assisting with residents with transportation (non-transfer related)
- Compassionate, patient, and professional
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling)
- Experience with scheduling preferred
