Available Shifts:
- Full-Time Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.
- Part-Time Morning Shift (4-hour): Hours vary (morning coverage)
- Part-Time Night Shift (4-hour): 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Part-Time Night Shift: 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
- Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
- Assist residents with ADL care as needed
- Answer call lights and take appropriate action
- Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
- Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
- Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
- Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
- Participate in ongoing staff education and training
Requirements:
- Current Missouri CMT certification
- Current Missouri CNA certification
