The Lutheran Home is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Med Tech (CMT) to join our team for part-time evening shifts. In this role, you will provide medication administration and support through the evening hours ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. As part of our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, you will help us uphold our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. This is a great part-time position with consistent evening hours, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse.
Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction.
Assist residents with ADL care as needed.
Answer call lights and take appropriate action.
Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
Review resident’s care plans and performs nursing care as outlined.

This is a part-time position typically working the hours of 7:00pm – 11:00pm.

License/Certification:
Current Missouri CMT certification
Current Missouri CNA certification
