Join The Lutheran Home as a full-time Certified Medication Tech (CMT) and support our residents during 12-hour shifts with medication administration and daily care while upholding our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
Assist residents with ADL care as needed
Answer call lights and take appropriate action
Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
Participate in ongoing staff education and training

In this Full-time position, you will have a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days.

Available Shifts:

Day Shift: 6:45am – 7:15pm
Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:15am
