Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
- Take vital signs and observe residents to detect responses to medications; prepare reports or notify designated personnel of unexpected reactions
- Assist residents with ADL care as needed
- Answer call lights and take appropriate action
- Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
- Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in residents' conditions or incidents to the nurse
- Communicate residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
- Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
- Participate in ongoing staff education and training
Full-time team members typically work a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days. Part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, including shorter morning and evening shifts, with opportunities to pick up additional open shifts based on availability.
Available Shifts:
- Full-time Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Part-time Morning & Evening Shifts: Shorter shifts available based on facility needs and team member availability

Requirements:
- Current Missouri CMT certification
- Current Missouri CNA certification
