Join The Lutheran Home as a part-time Certified Medication Technician (CMT)! With flexible shift options, you can find a schedule that works for you while supporting our residents and nursing team.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer prescribed medications and maintain related records under nurse supervision
  • Takes vital signs, observes for medication responses, and report unexpected reactions
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Answers call lights and respond appropriately
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Reviews care plans and provide care as outlined
  • Perform CNA duties when not actively administering medications or as directed

Shifts Available:
  • Morning shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend shifts
  • Full shifts (typically 12 hours)
Part-time team members are required to work at least one shift per week.

License/Certification: 
  • Active CMT and CNA certifications required
  • CPR certification preferred 
  • Experience with Point Click Care preferred
