Rehab Technician
The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated full-time Rehab Technician (CNA) to join our compassionate healthcare community and support our therapy team in providing quality care to our residents. In this meaningful role, you will assist residents with rehabilitation activities, mobility, and daily care needs while helping them regain strength and independence. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support the daily workflow of the Therapy Department
- Transport residents to and from therapy sessions
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and mobility activities, including frequent lifting and repositioning, consistent with CNA training
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, consistent with CNA training
- Support residents with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor residents during therapy and report concerns or changes to therapy or nursing staff
- Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe therapy environment
- Demonstrate safe use of mobility equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, mechanical lifts, etc.)
- Communicate resident needs, concerns, or condition changes to appropriate staff
- Follow safety and infection control procedures
Schedule:
- Typical Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- Current Missouri CNA Certification
- Minimum of one year of CNA experience required
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and rehabilitation activities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life
