Assisted Living Nurse - Part-Time (RN or LPN)

The Lutheran Home is seeking a caring, dedicated Part-Time Nurse (RN or LPN, 16+ Hours/Week) to join our assisted living community. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide high-quality care, support residents’ daily wellness, and help create a safe, comfortable environment where residents are treated like family. Guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, you’ll build meaningful connections while making a real impact every shift in a supportive, team-focused workplace.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Provide resident assessments and medication management
Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and coordinate care plans
Communicate with families, staff, and providers
Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
CPR Certified
Assisted living experience preferred
Experience using PCC EMR system
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach
