Director of Providence Hospice

You’ll drive strategic goals, manage recruitment and development, and set standards of care that reflect our values while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, promote clinical and financial stewardship, and shape the future of our agency, all while making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or hold an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field or business administration.
- At least one (1) year of proven management and leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
- Recent, relevant experience in a Medicare-certified hospice agency is preferred.
- CPR Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
