The Lutheran Home is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to support our retirement community by creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. In this role, you will greet residents and visitors, provide courteous and professional assistance, and help foster a sense of comfort and belonging for all who enter our community. This position is scheduled every other weekend from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through attentive services and thoughtful care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greet residents and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer incoming calls and assist with inquires
Maintain a clean and organized desk area
Support various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
A caring attitude and comfort working with senior adults
Basic proficiency with phones, email, and office software
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
