Join our team at The Lutheran Home as a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) and play a key role in providing quality care as part of our dynamic team. In this full-time night shift position, you’ll administer medications and provide exceptional care to ensure the comfort and well-being our residents. As a member of our dedicated team, you’ll help us uphold our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse.
Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction.
Assist residents with ADL care as needed.
Answer call lights and take appropriate action.
Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse.
Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner.
Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork.
Participate in ongoing staff education and training.

In this full-time role, you’ll follow a two-week schedule. Available shifts include:

Night shift (8-hour): 10:45 pm to 7:15 am, working 10 days out of 14-day period.
Night shift (12-hour): 10:45 pm to 7:15 am, with a consistent schedule of 7 days worked out of 14, and a three-day weekend every other week.
